OTK – Arquitectos Lda started in 2002, counting today with several works developed essentially in the Metropolitan area of Lisbon.
Our main concern is the balanced relationship between costs and the quality of the built work. The methodology followed, whatever the scale of the project, is based on the relationship between the client and the work team, constantly seeking to respond to two lines of action: respect for the objectives to be met and the quality of the result – the built space. We continually seek that this result reflects the interaction between the intrinsic characteristics of the customer, the conditions of the terrain and the contribution of our team, ultimately resulting in a space that evidently promotes the quality of life of our customers.
